shadcn/ui components and self-service attribution
- shadcn/ui components: a registry of React components covering logo images, company autocomplete, logo walls, and attribution. Each installs with its own
npx shadcncommand. The source lands in your project with fallbacks, retina images, and dark mode already wired. - Attribution is now self-service. Submit your production URL from the dashboard, then check the same task for the result and submit again if a check fails.
Transaction API and Core Concepts
- Transaction API entered early access: turn a raw card-transaction descriptor into the merchant’s name, domain, and logo.
- New Core Concepts page defines the terms used across the docs, from company logo and brandmark to the two API key types.
Documentation revamp
We rebuilt the docs:
- Interactive API reference for the Search and Describe APIs, with a live request playground.
- New Microsoft PowerPoint guide and a verified Errors & status codes reference.
- Clearbit migration help throughout, including a one-step find-and-replace for Excel and Google Sheets.
- Reorganized navigation into Guides, API Reference, and Changelog.

The Clearbit Logo API shut down on December 8, 2025. We published a migration guide so you can move
logo.clearbit.com URLs to Logo.dev in minutes, plus reference docs for the Clearbit, Google Favicon, and DuckDuckGo Favicon APIs.
