For API keys, integrations, errors, or anything that isn’t working, email support@logo.dev. To get a fast, specific answer, include:
  • The email on your Logo.dev account
  • The full request URL that failed
  • The brand or domain you were looking up
  • The HTTP status code you got back
To report an incorrect, outdated, or missing logo — by domain, ticker, ISIN, or crypto symbol — use the logo update form.
