Triangle symbol

Autodesk introduced a geometric triangle mark alongside its wordmark, giving the brand a distinct symbol for the first time. The delta shape referenced design, transformation, and the technical precision central to the company's products.

2013–2021

Refined symbol

Released on March 25, 2013, this in-house redesign refined the triangle symbol and updated the wordmark typography for better legibility across digital applications. The mark retained the delta form while achieving a more balanced relationship between symbol and text.

Wieden+Kennedy rebrand

Unveiled on September 8, 2021, the rebrand by Wieden+Kennedy replaced the delta triangle with a bold, abstract monogram mark and introduced a new custom wordmark. The identity positioned Autodesk as a platform company serving architecture, engineering, and media beyond its CAD origins.
